SKINNER CATALOGUE: A pair of small tin "peg" lamps with double burner for whale oil. Each set in a very unusual holder, consisting of a maple pail cut vertically in half and fitted with a pine lobed base, inlaid with two bone diamonds and an arrow. Three small mirrors at the back for reflectors. Holder Height 10 3/4" Diam. 9 1/4". Lamp Height 3 1/2" Diam. 3 3/8". Cat. 1933.
