Description:
Globular-shaped redware jug with a small molded strap handle, molded rim, and small spout, all covered with a shiny black slip. This pitcher is a good example of a common type of redware, with the application of a black slip over a red body, associated with potters in eastern Massachusetts and southeastern New Hampshire.
