Description:
Tortoise shell octagon shape inlaid with silver flower, swag, leaf and oval forms with cartouche on either side of body. Five fitted implements: glass perfume bottle with stopper; ivory writing tablets; tweezers/file; needle; pencil top. Top lifts on book hinge; inside of top lined with red silk.
