Description:
From original file: Silver plated. Bow form and flat in section, with applied shells at each shoulder. Straight arms taper to bracket, stationary at one arm, with three applied shells. Below bracket arms are wide with concave indents. Arm unattached to bracket has perpendicular section at base. Bright cut design. References: "The scarce sort of item that turns up so infrequently. Its scarcity is not necessarily reflected in its price" (Frost, 305).
