Description:
cylindrical beaded crown with blue ground, red and white guilloche design around sides with alternating gold interiors, top has radiating flower heads in white, red and gold patterns and blue center knob on slightly domed top to which is attached a blue braided tassel which splits into two bell-shaped ends with gold beaded threads attached, red banding around edge with cloth lining
