Description:
Frame for a hoop skirt, in very good condition. Fifteen exposed rings with eight strips of twill tape binding running vertically. Bottom of bell is covered in brown polished cotton. Attaches with hook, with several sizes along belt. Printed inside waistband: "M. Plimpton, Walpole, Mass."
