Description:
Two paneled (hinged) gaming board for the Nine Men's Morris board game, a game played with counters on the board, also known as Muhle (Germany and Austria), Mylla (Iceland), Siegen Wulf Myll (poland) and the Mill, Morelles, Merry Peg, etc. (England). There is a deer on reverse side. The object of the game is to remove from the board (made up of 3 concentric square and several transversals, making 24 points of intersections) all the men belonging to one's opponent.
