Description:
Needlework embroidered in blue and yellow on a plain wool ground with the ten commandments, which has the inscription "Elizabeth page hur work fineshed / in the year 1754." The commandments are divided into two columns with 1-4 on the left and 5-10 on the right, and framed and separated by decorative stitching to look like two pages from a Bible with a stylized angel's head and wings in the center top.
