Description:
Small black velvet hat constructed like a wide headband (inverted U-shape). Black feathers with a contoured black velvet double bow on top. Black net veil in front. No label; possibly from Frederick's women's store, Spring Lake, New Jersey. Worn by Helen Geier Flynt.
