Description:
The flat mouth of the aryballos, or oil flask, is decorated with black tongues radiating from the opening. The handle rises from the rim of the mouth and attaches at the shoulder; it is decorated with a black zig-zag pattern framed by two vertical stripes of black following the edges of the handle. The shoulder is decorated with black tongues. On the body of the object, between a narrow band of black on top and narrow band of black on bottom are two panther-birds. Details of the face, mane, and wings are inscribed. Each wing is black with a central stripe of red. Around the figures, there are triangular ornaments in black. On the bottom of the object are black tongues
