Description:
Manchu court woman portrayed frontally with skirts ballooning out on either side and over the arms of the throne. The chest square around her neck depicts a crane (long life). Hanging from her dress is a pair of fish symbolizing felicity, fertility, marriage, charms against evil. There are a few stains on the silk support on the left side of the head and above the crown.
