Description:
This print depicts a funeral procession in a long, horizontal format; a castle or church in the distance to the right; a cortege of several black figures and two men on horseback in front of a turretted bier in the center; a solitary figure at left. One from a series of four (4) prints for Flaubert's "St. Julien The Hospitaller."
