Description: Fourth (right) section of a pentaptych of a party on a pleasure boat: four women in one section of a huge boat, one holding a flower hat (hanagasa) for dancing to the accompaniment of other three playing shomisen (a string instrument) and handdrum (tsutsumi). Full pentaptych see object 1906,1220,0.277 in British Museum collection and object 21.7586-90 in Museum of Fine Arts Boston collection.
