ōban; nishiki-e; the eleventh in a series of twelve prints

Label Text:
This print is signed at lower right "Gekkō" and is accompanied by the artist's seal in red. The title of this print is given on the title page of "Gekkō Gahō" and is a play on words: "Ibashinen," a phrase that signifies one's inability to resist worldly pleasures, literally means "the mind of a horse with the heart of a monkey."
