Description:
Medal designed for the commoration of the 300 anniversary of the town of Deerfield. Circular thin, stamped medallion, copper or copper-colored metal, impressed "TOWN OF DEERFIELD/MASSACHUSETTS/ 1673/ 1973" in the center of the medal is the Old Indian House or the Ensign John Sheldon House - which survived the raid on Deerfield in 1704.
