Description:
Chippendale side chair with a three-arched crest rail and four vertical splats with a diamond-shaped tie. The Wadsworth Atheneum has a similar side chair attributed to Eliphalet or Aaron Chapin. The corner blocks are white pine, and the primary wood is cherry.
