Label Text:
SKINNER CATALOGUE: A native war club from the Island of Bali. The head a smooth stone very similar to the stone club heads of the American Indians, 8 1/2" long, 2 3/4" wide, 1 5/*" thick, bluntly pointed at the end driven into the handle and roughly sharpened at the striking end. The head is driven into a hole gouged in a long hand hewn soft wood handle, which bulges at the end. Cat. 7/10/1935.
