Transcription:

Ti(beri) Calidi Casti,
mil(itis) coh(ortis) IIII pr(aetoriae),
((centuriae)) Romuli, qui milit(avit)
5ann(is) II. F(ecit) h(eres) b(ene) m(erenti).

Translation:
Being Tiberi Calidi;
the Praetorian soldier of the 4th cohort,
the centuries of Romulus, which waged the good warfare
Years 5 unto 2. The deserving heir.
