Description:
Castle Rock, a fortress-shaped rock formation, lies on the crest of a larger hill or mountain with boulders scattered on the slope. A worn and winding road from the foreground curves into the distance. A large polygonal shadow cast by the hood of a car (presumably where the photographer took this photograph) covers the bottom half of the image. A patch of grass is on the right and a street lamp is on the left.
