Description:
Fragment of a large vessel, possibly a section where the body and neck curves into the mouth and lip. Red ware, very rough, with black and light brown interior. Several large triangular indentations on the interior face suggest that mosaic tesserae may have been embedded there. There is a large triangular hole bored through the object near one edge. Exterior face is labelled "M 64" in black paint, in addition to the old accession number XB2(2).
