Description:
The alabastron is decorated with black paint; it also has traces of modern varnish. The mouth of object is broken off. The remaining bit of handle is painted black on the top; the sides and underside is reserved. Extending from the neck area are tongues. The body decoration, framed by two narrow black bands on top and bottom, consists primarily of a panther-bird with wings spread; details of the face, body, and wings are inscribed. Around the figure, there are triangular filling ornaments and rosettes with inscribed detail. On the bottom of the object are black tongues radiating from two concentric cirles in the center.
