Description:
Large black an white photograph of a night-time city view of London's Tower Bridge (overexposed to appear white), City Hall and the south bank of the Thames River. The walk is deserted and seven lines of text are progected on levels of City Hall that read: "WHATEVER YOU SAY REVERBERATES, WHATEVER YOU DON'T SAY SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. SO EITHER WAY YOU'RE TALKING POLITICS."
