Description:
Vertical chuban size, nishiki-e, bijin print: a female figure in light brown kimono stands on the engawa by the door with a round fan in hand, exchanging glaces with a young man on the street, who has a fan in one hand and tier of black and yellow boxes on shoulder while holding the end of his head-scarf between his lips; a poem inscribed in the cloud at the top of the print.
