Description: vertical ōban triptych; nishiki-e; sensō-ga
Label Text: This print depicts the formal surrender of Port Arthur (Lushunkou, China), which occurred on January 5, 1905, during a meeting between the Japanese General Count Maresuke Noki (1849–1912) and the Russian Major-General Baron Anatoly Mikhailyovich Stoessel (1848–1915), who are both present in the left panel.
The print is signed at lower-left of the right panel "Getsuzō ga" ('drawn by Getsuzō'), accompanied by the artist's seal in red, which reads "Ensei." There are no identifying publisher's marks on this version.
