Description:
A central panel contains a scene of paying tithes to the Governor. Six men of varying ages
carrying agricultural produce and livestock including cheese wheels, a milk bucket, a goat, and a basket containing ducks. They present them to a standing man on the right, wearing a ruffled collar and a tall black hat. He carries a sword at his waist and behind him is a man wearing a similar top hat and a soldier carrying a halberd. The landscape behind the scene consists of steep hills with houses at their summits. In the center, further in the distance, a building appears to be on fire. An inscription panel is at the top, and at the bottom three heraldic shields with the inscriptions of their owners.
