Description:
Bifolium. First page is full of French text beginning with a printed decorated initial that has been delicately hand-colored. Title at top of page reads "INDE." The sheet opens up to a full-page map of the Indian Ocean with two mermaids and two sea monsters attacking a ship. The map is hand-colored.
