Description:
square surimono, publisher unknown. The second state of the print, published after the artist's death, with a verse by Ryutei Tanchiko and signed, "the late Toyokuni." From an untitled series of portraits of actor Ichikawa Danjuro (died 1799) with calligraphy by Danjuro VII.
