Label Text: SKINNER CATALOGUE: A very fine 18th century hoop back Windsor high chair. Legs, side stretchers, and arm posts maple, cross stretcher ash and a replacement, arms, hoop, and spindles hickory, seat pine. Shaped seat; very well and strongly turned legs, side stretchers, and arm posts; legs spread outward to give additional stability. A foot rest has been removed, to restore the chair to what is believed to be its original form. Cat. 8/20/1936
