SKINNER CATALOGUE: A basket cradle in hickory, hemispheroid in shape, consisting of a basket made of wide spaced thin slats, slung in a curved frame, flat on the bottom, and with two wheels at one end to make it easy to move around. Sometime painted yellow on a white undercoating, but now scraped clean.
Patended by Abner Woodward of Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, October 17, 1876, no. 183 357, and manufactured by Ford (or Lord) Johnson & Co., Johnson City, Indiana. Length 44" Width 22 1/2" Height 29" Wheels 9 3/4" Cat. 8/30/1936
