Description:
Windsor arm chair, with seven spindles. Painted black, possibly painted red prior. Heavily worn on seat. Three spindles supporting arms, very front spindle is turned on each side. All four legs are turned. One stretcher on each side, with center stretcher. Bulb decoration in middle of center stretcher.
