Original label: "Lefaucheux Civil War model revolver, using pin fire copper cases with conical bullets. Octagonal barrel. Round barrel. Rifled bore. Six chambers. Issued in large numbers to the cavalry. A fine specimen, with engraving on cylinder and handle. Marked: E. LEFAUCHEUX IIIr. BRETETE 40119 12808. Weight: 1 lb, 10 oz."
