Description:
British double barrel percussion cap muzzle loading sportman's shot gun. 30" round steel barrels, 21/32 smooth bore. Walnut stock extending only 8 3/4" under the barrels, checkered grips. Forward sight only. Two steel ramrod guides. Slightly engraved butt plate and highly engraved trigger guard and hammers. Lock plate on each side highly engraved showing two pheasants and marked I. HOLLIS & SONS LONDON. Marked on sighting groove FINE LAMINATED STEEL. S stamped on under side of butt. Complete and in excellent condition.
