Description:
In the center of the oil painting, a woman and three children are portrayed sitting together at a small wooden table. The furniture, floor, and ceiling are all crafted from wood. The woman is cutting slices of dark bread into a bowl. The little boy is already enjoying a slice held in his hand, while the two girls eagerly anticipate their bread with joyful and radiant facial expressions. In front of the table, a blonde (?) dog sits, looking up at the table. In the background, on the left wall, a picture of Jesus hangs, and behind the frame, a peacock feather protrudes. Above the picture, there is a shelf with various items, such as a jug. On the right side of the painting, behind the boy, a black coat and a brown hat hang on the wall. Next to them, a wooden grandfather clock stands against the wall. (Yasemin Oezden)
