Description:
Vertical chuban size, nishiki-e, calendar print. A woman dressed as a palace servant (with tall hat), tending a fire of maple leaves blazing in a hanging iron basket, turns to receive a tanazku poem offered to her by another woman beyond the garden fence. The calendar information is inscribed on the poem slip.
