SKINNER CATALOGUE: Stoneware sauce or pickle dish. Leeds cream ware. Hard glaze, slightly greenish cream color, delicate scalloping suggestive of the silversmithing of the same period. Hartley, Greens & Co. 1783 - 1820. 7 1/2" x 4". Impressed LEEDS POTTERY. Came from Charleston, South Carolina.
