Description:
Red clay fragment covered with white slip on both sides, from Kharga (R. Diana 6/25/2015)

Terracotta sherd with creamy white paint on two faces, slightly arched form as part of a rounded vessel. Near the top edge of one side a five or six character word is that might start "Kh" is inscribed in pencil. This face has a wavy texture created by rows of slight vertical ridges in the work.
