Description:
oatmeal-colored sheet on top 2/3 held with metal rivets at the corners. Oblong hole at center covered with mesh through which fragments of a musical score can be seen; folded letter-like form sealed with red wax and a red ribbon hangs from string adhered to the bottom of the oatmeal sheet with red wax; lower register (of white paper) has ink writing in lower left; a box with a fingerprint and stamp to and five boxes shaded with various colors of brown on the right.
