Description:
Landscape with an old stone bridge prominent to the composition. A river flows between the arches of the bridge. The town of Grez is in the background on the right side of the painting. There are two figures on the bridge, one is walking towards the town the other is walking away from the town. It is a nice spring/summer day with white clouds in the sky and a field of wild flowers on the bank of the river.
