SKINNER CATALOGUE: An old home made hat box, made of cardboard, top and bottom sewed to the rim and sides. Outside covered with gray and rose wallpaper, inside partly covered with an old Boston newspaper which carries the date 1824. The box contains a small top hat - B18UF1.1. Height 7 1/2". Diam. 9 3/4" x 7 3/4". Cat. 1/7/1937.
