Still life of a multi-tiered food box (jūbako) with New Year's food (osechiryōri) on a lacquer tray, arranged with a bonzai pine plant, a shrimp, an adonis plant, a teapot, and a small dish on a tray. Signed Shinsai. With three verses of poetry. Collector's seal of Hamilton Easter Field.
