Description:
Blue glass bottle or small decanter. Body is ridged, with narrow neck and small flat glass stopper with sphere on top. Two rings around neck.

89 Very rare and early blown cobalt blue fluted two-fringed neck decanter. quite small 6 1/2" hi including stopper. Base 2 1/2". Perfect condition.9
