Description:
The entire surface of this skyphos, or deep drinking vessel, is glazed black, except for the bottom of the foot which is reserved with concentric circles of black glaze, four incised lines at the center, and an illegible pencil notation. On the inside of the skyphos at the bottom of the bowl are four stamped palmettes around an incised band.
