Abercrombie, 3178 Ernest Sherman, husband of Clara Alquist, worked as a copyist and illustrator and was well known for painting heraldic symbols. The reverse of his shop sign displays a coat of arms with the saying "Vincit Pericula Virtus" (strength conquers danger), the motto of the Brady family.
