Description:
Ivory tusk, carved into a game. The tusk has black etchings of seals, a fish, a polar bear head, and an Inuit figure in a sea kayak on the front and back. On one side, a design is carved that surrounds four rows (two and two) of small holes into the tusk. At the base of the tusk, an ivory piece covers the hollow, appearing to slide open to expose the inside of the tusk (although it no longer opens easily).
