Description:
Cobalt blue glass pitcher, flecked with turquoise from the Dickenson-Baggs Taver, Amherst. Made in Sandwich, MA. A reproduction of the famous silver flecked glass made by Salvaiati in Venice.

Label Text:
SKINNER CATALOGUE: 82 Very beautiful cobalt blue glass pitcher 6 3/4" hi top dia. 3/4." Cracked. The following information is written on a card and may be found inside the pitcher. "From the Dickerson-Baggs Tavern, Amherst. Made at Sandwich about 40 years ago. A reproduction of the famous silver flecked glass made by Salvaiati in Venice. Mary Dickenson Kimball."
