Prisoner Gasin was drunk and having fun. He paid money to a violinist, a cellmate, and during the game Gasin repeatedly shouted: "Play, you took the money." This text is inscribed at the top of the black hole. In addition, we see branded faces of other prisoners with three Russian letters K, A and T on their cheeks and forehead, which denote their status as a convict. These hallmarks were produced by the authorities and are applied with hot metal. All the prisoners in the labor camp had these marks, except for the prisoners who were nobles like Dostoevsky.
Заключенный Гасин был пьяный и развлекался. Он платил деньги скрипачу, сокамернику, и во время игры Гасин неоднократно кричал: «Играй, ты взял деньги».
