Description:
Visual description (ChatGPT, March 24, 2025, edited for content): This mixed media sculpture consists of a small rectangular white canvas covered shelf, mounted horizontally onto a wall. On top of it, black cotton threads are neatly arranged in parallel lines, closely packed, and divided symmetrically by a central gap. From either side of the canvas, dense black threads extend downward in the form of two long, tightly twisted braids. The braids are of equal length and thickness, hanging vertically in a long pigtail past the shelf and ending in slightly frayed tips, revealing the fine individual cotton fibers.
