Description:
The circular dish called a strainer, drainer, or milsey, pierced in the center with a diamond, four hearts, four crescents and nine dots, and affixed on one side with a foliate tab handle also pierced with a dot. Condition: Minor footrim chip, and the rim and handle with some
slight grittiness.
