Description:
Miniature or toy teapot in soft-paste porcelain; the spherical body and domed cover painted in dark underglaze-blue with a dense version of the ‘Trailing Vine’ pattern of bunches of grapes and tendrils issuing from a leafy vine, the straight spout and loop handle also with bands of dots, and the mushroom knop on the cover centering a blossom. Condition: Some chips on the pot rim, spout and footrim.
