Description:
Redware pitcher or jug, made in Bristol County, Massachusetts, late 18th-early 19th century. Tall cylindrical body, uglazed turned base, horizontal ribbing at shoulder and waist, attached strap handle, there is a slight lip to the spout, covered with a light green colored glaze. Marked in orange crayon on underside of base: "29201"
